Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, personal-care products can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Amazon orders
If you purchased through Amazon, please process returns through your Amazon account, as those orders are subject to Amazon’s return policy.
